Tvo\u0159\u00ed ji s\u00ed\u0165 velmi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed (zejm\u00e9na 400 a 220 kV), kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165uje p\u0159enos elekt\u0159iny od velk\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren k region\u00e1ln\u00edm distribu\u010dn\u00edm s\u00edt\u00edm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 propojuje \u010cesko se sousedn\u00edmi st\u00e1ty. Provozovatelem t\u00e9to soustavy je spole\u010dnost \u010cEPS, kter\u00e1 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za jej\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a spolehliv\u00fd chod v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika v\u0161ak nefunguje izolovan\u011b. Je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 synchronn\u00ed elektriza\u010dn\u00ed soustavy kontinent\u00e1ln\u00ed Evropy, do n\u00ed\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny evropsk\u00e9 zem\u011b. Tyto st\u00e1ty jsou elektricky propojeny a jejich s\u00edt\u011b spolupracuj\u00ed jako jeden celek \u2013 elekt\u0159ina se v nich \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed podle fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f, nikoli podle st\u00e1tn\u00edch hranic. D\u00edky tomu je mo\u017en\u00e9 elekt\u0159inu dov\u00e1\u017eet i vyv\u00e1\u017eet podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby a v\u00fdrobn\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<p>Tato mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro stabilitu a bezpe\u010dnost dod\u00e1vek. Pokud v jedn\u00e9 zemi dojde k v\u00fdpadku elektr\u00e1rny nebo k n\u00e1hl\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu spot\u0159eby, mohou ostatn\u00ed st\u00e1ty kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b pomoci dod\u00e1vkami energie. Propojen\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 tak\u00e9 usnad\u0148uje zapojen\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, jako jsou v\u011btrn\u00e9 a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny, jejich\u017e v\u00fdroba je prom\u011bnliv\u00e1 a vy\u017eaduje vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na velk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dn\u00e1 evropsk\u00e1 p\u0159enosov\u00e1 soustava tak zvy\u0161uje odolnost energetiky, sni\u017euje riziko rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch blackout\u016f a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj\u016f. Pro spot\u0159ebitele to znamen\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spolehlivost dod\u00e1vek elekt\u0159iny a v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu i stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ceny.
