Zaj\u00edmalo ho, jak funguj\u00ed s\u00edly a energie ve sv\u011bt\u011b kolem n\u00e1s. Kdy\u017e se pozd\u011bji pustil do zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed prac\u00ed slavn\u00e9ho fyzika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zsvltava.cz\/fyzika\/?p=5124\">Jamese Clerka Maxwella<\/a>, rozhodl se, \u017ee ov\u011b\u0159\u00ed jeho teoretick\u00e9 p\u0159edpov\u011bdi \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b, \u017ee elektromagnetick\u00e9 vlny se opravdu \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed prostorem.<\/p>\n<p>A povedlo se! V roce 1887 Hertz vytvo\u0159il za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00fdm generoval a detekoval elektromagnetick\u00e9 vlny. I kdy\u017e nem\u011bl tu\u0161en\u00ed, k \u010demu p\u0159esn\u011b jeho objev jednou bude slou\u017eit, polo\u017eil t\u00edm z\u00e1klady bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e9 komunikace. Pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky n\u011bmu si dnes vol\u00e1me mobiln\u00edmi telefony nebo sledujeme videa p\u0159es internet.<\/p>\n<p>Za sv\u016fj p\u0159\u00ednos v\u011bd\u011b byl Hertz poct\u011bn i jednotkou frekvence \u2013 1 hertz (Hz) znamen\u00e1 1  <a href=\"\/fyzika\/?p=3702\">kmit<\/a> za sekundu. <\/p>\n<h2>Zaj\u00edmavosti a fakta o Heinrichu Hertzovi<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hertz\u016fv synovec, Gustav Ludwig Hertz, z\u00edskal Nobelovu cenu za fyziku za <a href=\"https:\/\/edu.techmania.cz\/cs\/encyklopedie\/fyzika\/kvanta\/sommerfelduv-model-atomu\/franck-hertzuv-experiment\">Franck-Hertz\u016fv experiment<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Hertz zem\u0159el ve v\u011bku pouh\u00fdch 36 let na vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 Wegenerovu granulomat\u00f3zu. P\u0159esto po sob\u011b zanechal nesmazatelnou stopu.<\/li>\n<li>Narodil se do \u017eidovsk\u00e9 rodiny, ale pozd\u011bji konvertoval ke luter\u00e1nstv\u00ed. I p\u0159esto byl za nacistick\u00e9ho re\u017eimu z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho \u017eivota \u201evymaz\u00e1n\u201c kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu p\u016fvodu.<\/li>\n<li>Byl obl\u00edben\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1kem Hermanna von Helmholtze, se kter\u00fdm \u00fazce spolupracoval.
